This 14-hour package meets all continuing education requirements for contractors renewing in 2026. We are working on adding the newly required Cementitious Cladding, Stucco, Plastering, and Lath Application and Repair Methodologies course to meet future requirements.

This 14-hour package meets requirements for certified contractors and roofers.


This course fulfills 6 hours of required topics, which include lead remediation (workplace safety), lien law (business practices), worker’s compensation, construction laws and rules, and wind mitigation.


This course is approved for Florida contractors to cover workers' compensation. The course covers workers’ compensation, and includes a brief history of workers’ compensation, as well as basic requirements, self insurance, exemptions, and enforcements.

This class is 1 hour long and will provide instruction on the laws and rules of the State of Florida that are relevant to construction and electrical contractors. Topics covered in this class include Part I and II of Chapter 489 of Title XXXII of the Florida Statutes and Division 61G4 and Division 61G6 of the Florida Administrative Code.
