The budget is based on project overhead, labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors. By acquiring reliable information before the project starts, you will have the ability to better manage job costs as the project progresses. Collecting as much reliable information about the expected duration of each task in a project will allow you to reach a closer estimate of the time it will take to finish the entire project.
