This course fulfills 4 hours of Residential, Administrative, Interior Environment and Fire Protection code review from the 2015 IRC, IECC, and the 780 CMR.
Classroom:
Approved for:
- 4-hours of Safety review,
- 1-hour of Energy Efficiency,
- 1-hour of Business Practices

Please arrive no later than 6:45 to allow for sign-in and paperwork. No one will be admitted entrance after 7:05. If you can’t make it by then, please text or call the instructor prior to 7:05 at 978-549-8224.

Parking: Free parking is available.
Water: Provided.
Coffee & Food: Not provided directly; however, both are available for purchase onsite at the lodge, which hosts several restaurants.
Break Schedule:
Three 10-minute breaks will be given throughout the day.
A short 30-minute lunch break is also included.
