This course is dedicated to the Residential Builders Salesperson exam. This is a license to work for a licensed builders or M&A Contractor in the State of Michigan. This allows you to sign contracts, work up estimates and exchange currency on behalf of the builder you are working for. This is a book form prep course and is mail out via Priority Mail so you have it in 2-3 business days.

If you can only afford half of the 60-hour program right
now, the first half of our
60-hour program is made up of the
four business courses, and only costs $300. This includes
course materials, a Marketing PowerPak and Certificates of
Completion for 30 hours. It is also great for spouses and
business partners.
This portion will also fully prepare
you for the Salesperson exam.
