Continuing Competency Classes
for the
Michigan Residential Builders License
and M&A Contractors License
If you received your first residential
builders or M&A license
before January 1, 2009, you only need 3 Hours
of continuing competency per licensing cycle and it has to include
one hour of
Code, one hour of Law and
one hour of Safety.
If
you were licensed after January
1, 2009, you will need to complete 21
hours before the third anniversary of the date you were
licensed, with a minimum of 3 hours per year. To find
